Public Humanities Exhibition

Exhibition poster

This exhibition, a collaboration with the University of Sheffield and Sheffield City Archives, considers the South Yorkshire County Council’s anti-nuclear position and policies in the late 1970s and early 1980s.

Visitors will have the opportunity to explore archival material relating to the Council and anti-nuclear activity in Sheffield to really get a sense of the city’s experiences of the Cold War.
